Postage& Packing Postage - Small items are sent
using Royal Mail RM48, Higher value products will be sent RM48 Tracked or by
carrier - these services require a signature. International customers will
need to message us to attain cost of delivery. Please understand that your
signature is not only to confirm that the item has been received but that the
item has been delivered in undamaged condition, it is quite acceptable to
open the parcel before signing the delivery drivers’ device or paperwork. Be
warned, if you sign and find later that the item is damaged the courier will
not entertain a damage claim. If the item is damaged please refuse the
delivery. All items are carefully wrapped
to ensure safe delivery which is normally within 1-7 working days but this is
typically quicker, check our feedback. In the event of your item not arriving
please wait until the 7th working day before contacting us - unless you have

a stock error or shortage you will be notified on the day of despatch
