Postage and Handling:

 - All Item's will be dispatched within TWO business days* of full payment provided customer has provided all details required for the part/s that has been purchased. 

*This time frame is a guide only, We endeavor to turn-around orders as efficiently and effectively as possible, however it is logistically impossible to keep all parts on the shelf at the one time and we may require to order in components, have parts built up etc. If your order may be delayed we will contact you as soon as we can, to notify you. 

- The Item will be sent to the buyers registered Ebay address; The buyer must contact us via Ebay message ASAP if there are any changes to the provided postal address.

- All order/s sent include Full Online Trackability and also will require a Signature upon Delivery. 

- With some Freight Companies we only authorize Freight to be delivered the first time only, If no one is present to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, the customer may be required to pick up the goods from the nearest Freight Depot of the Company the goods were sent by. The Courier Driver will usually leave a 'sorry we missed you card / calling card'* 

*If you wish for the parcel to be left without Signature on Delivery please contact us immediately on purchase. Please note, if this request is given by the customer, We, 4WDME and relevant Freight Company do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of the consignment/s.


Warranty: 

-  12 Months or 20,000km (whichever comes first) - Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you may have an issue with a product. 

-  4WDME shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the customer in order to rectify any defect in its product. We are not liable for any freight, labour, consequential, special, indirect or contingent damage or expense arising Directly or Indirectly from any defect products or from use of any products.

-  Warranty unless otherwise stated is a Replacement / Repair Warranty only. 

-  Warranties do not cover defect due to misuse, improper installation, any modification of part which includes neglect and wear and tear and not limited to as below. 

    1. Incorrect Installation of Components - All parts a recommended to be installed by a Qualified 4WD Mechanic. 

    2. Products that have been modified or not used for the specified application as in the Ad description.

    3. Exceeding Load Specifications of the product.

    4. Incorrect information provided by the Installer or Customer.

    5. All products are designed for "Normal" use and are in no way covered under warranty should the vehicle be used in any form of extreme sports or competition racing. 

-  All warranty claims are subject to appropriate testing & evaluation - Repair or Replacement is pre-conditioned on the examination of the goods which on instructions, should be returned for further inspection - customer is required to return the freight back to us when instructed 


Returns:

- We accept returns of items within 30 days of the Invoice date.

- Item must be returned in Brand New, Unused and Resellable condition in original packaging with all accessories included.

- If in the case that you have received a part that is incorrect and NOT to the Ad listing description please contact us immediately so we can rectify this issue.

- Please CONTACT US before returning any goods, We will provide a Return Approval Number for all approved returns. If you do not have a Return Approval Number and have sent the part back, you will have 7 working days to arrange collection before the part is disposed of.

- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as any Freight component to the order (Please Note, Even if an order is shipped as 'Free Freight', the items' cost us freight and this freight cost will be deducted from the refundable amount).

- The customer is liable to all Return Freight, unless however otherwise stated or the part sent, is incorrect to the Ad listing description. 

- We are unable to accept returns for Pre-assembled Struts and/or Custom components made to order, which may or may not be eligible for return under seller discretion. 

- All returns are subject for inspection to ensure components returned have not been fitted, are missing parts or not purchased from us.
