This adapter allows a 12mm x 150mm wide thru axle rear hub to be installed on a standard 150mm wide x 10mm dropout mountain bike frame. The adapter slips into the hub just like the 12mm thru axle would. The wheel is then mounted and secured with the stainless steel bolts and end caps provided. No quick release required.
