Mounting Location
The mirror location was chosen as the ideal camera mounting location for a couple reasons. First, the motorcycle designers ensure the mirror mounts are rigid and vibration free to provide a clear view in the factory mirrors, this means when mounting a camera in these same locations, video quality is impressively solid as well. Second, the mirror location provides a clear forward view, and being offset from the center of the bike to provide a meaningful view when facing the rear showing the rider, controls, motorcycle, and the road/track.
