Tuesdays & Thursdays are reserved for On-Site fitting in the Campbelltown & surrounding areas.

If you purchase a decal kit on a Tuesday or Thursday it will NOT be dispatched till the Wednesday or Friday.

Cut off time for manufacture and dispatch is 1pm sharp each day we are at the shop.

Emails are not answered or seen on Tuesdays or Thursdays. 

Weekends we are closed.

Note: Due to the high volume of emails received daily, we do not save emails and we will not remember your previous questions or answers. 

Once your order has been placed, ensure you include ALL previous emails and item details (ie, colour, variation, vehicle or custom changes) in ONE email. Not doing so will cause delays in the shipment of your order.

FITTING YOUR NEW STRIPE / DECAL KIT:

We have personally fitted many of these kits as we are Motor Dealer Suppliers & Fitters. Be confident that they will fit your vehicle.

No stripe or decal kit is simple to fit. Some level of skill, precision, experience and confidence is required. If you have none of these a professional stripe fitters service should be used.

A professional stripe fitter can be found by asking your local Vehicle Smash Repairer who they use.

A professional fitter will usually charge $165 - $250 per hour to professionally fit a stripe kit. Their service will include all cleaning materials, measuring and fitting tools.

All stripe kits take a different amount of time to fit so pricing will vary.

If you damage this product due to your own fault when fitting, Enter Signman Pty Ltd will not be held responsible.

Enter Signman Pty Ltd will not replace or repair this kit or vehicle if damaged during customer or third party fitting.

Only when fitted by Enter Signman Pty Ltd is our workmanship guaranteed.

DELIVERY & FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Please make sure your eBay email & PayPal delivery address is up to date BEFORE purchasing this product. Enter Signman Pty Ltd will not post this item to a different address not on your PayPal account.

Re-Postage charges will apply to resend items that have not been addressed properly by the buyer.

Please read and understand the fitting instructions that will be sent to your PayPal email address after your purchase.

The seller will not accept responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Enter Signman Pty Ltd will send items by FastWay Couriers or Australia Post, which ever is the most economical method. if you prefer Australia Post you will need to purchase $3 Australia Post Standard Service + Signature in the Postage & Handling option.

YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR ITEM SENT TO A WORK ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE THERE TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS BETWEEN 9-5 MON-FRI IF NO-ONE WILL BE HOME, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE SENT TO YOUR NEAREST DEPOT FOR COLLECTION.

DECAL or STRIPE KITS: 

All our decal or stripe kits are custom designed by ESM and are not replica's of any brand name due to copyright & IP laws.

ESM decal or stripe kits are custom designed kits and do not adhere to a specific factory measurement or colour.

Decals/Stripes must be applied to a CLEAN, prepared surface. 
All Decals supplied, "Application Ready"

TERMS OF SALE: 

Read and understand the item description carefully and make sure this item is what you're after.

All sales are final. There are no refunds if you decide you no longer want the item or change your mind for any reason. There are no refunds if you have misread the item description.

Under Australian Law we do not have to refund or exchange for remorse reasons (change of mind or incorrect purchase) but if WE decide to refund or exchange the item there WILL be a $10 or 10% (what ever is the greatest) admin fee as this is what PayPal charges to us refund your money. The buyer will pay for return postage / courier fees.

Choose your colour and variations carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges if you make an incorrect colour &/or variation choice.

All Stripes are manufactured per order.

If you simply ask for Black, Gloss Black will be sent.

If you do not let us know what colour and/or style you are after within 10 working days of the purchase date, this kit will be sent to you in Gloss Black / Red.

Payment must be made immediately via PayPal.
