Here at Identity-Plus our aim is to provide you with quality products, at the lowest possible prices and with the highest level of customer service.

We are a small family run business located in the south of Scotland, welcoming orders ranging from individual purchases through to corporate supplies.  No order is too small or too large!

With the exception of weekends and public holidays we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment.  Orders placed at weekends or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Items offering free postage will be sent via Royal Mail 2^nd class unless otherwise stated. 

We do also offer Royal Mail 1^st class and Next Day delivery services.  These are available for an additional fee and can be selected from the postage options at checkout.
