Packaging

All our radiators are bubble wrapped, have plastic protections in corners, packed in cardboard box with shrink wrapped in polystyrene.

Delivery

We do stock all sizes which are listed and they will be dispatched immediately up on cleared funds received. Orders placed on weekend and bank holidays will be processed in next working day. We recommend that you do not book a plumber until you have received your item in satisfactory condition.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 14 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of delivery charge / return postage, providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and return the goods (unopened, unused and unfitted).

Returns

Upon delivery of your item you must inspect the packaging carefully BEFORE signing for it. If you find any signs of damage then you must refuse the item (do not sign for it), and contact us. If there is no visible damage to the packaging and you have signed for the item, you must open the box and inspect the product for damage within 24 hours of receipt for any signs of damage. We can only refund or exchange damaged items if you notify us within 24 hours of receipt due to courier insurance requirements. We are not liable to refund or exchange if you do not comply with this instruction. If damage is found, you will need to email us photographs of the damage and up on approval we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund depending on your requirements.
