****Chains for Spear and Jackson 16" chainsaw model SCS3840S can have either 53 or 57 drive links.*****

There are two different versions of this saw, you will need to count the number of drive links on your existing chain to make sure you order the correct length chain for your saw. The drive links are the triangle pointy bits that sit in the bar, you should have either 53 or 57.
