• We are happy to exchange the item as long as the item has NOT been wore, used, opened and with the tag on. Please contact us within 30 Days after you purchased product(s). And return it back within 7 working days. The postage cost is at purchasers’ expense in both ways (sending and receiving). Please use track-able postage service for returning the item, sender should responsible for lost or damage for returning item.

• All return item(s) must be obtained a 'RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER' from us before the item(s) can be sent back to our warehouse.

• Free Postage item(s) will be deducted actual postage from total refund amount. Free Postage only offered once, for exchange items, buyer will be charged postage on 2nd delivery.

• Unattempted Delivery - parcel will be forwarded to your local post office, please claim the parcel within requested time frame, otherwise the parcel will be automatically return to us. In this case, you will be CHARGED $15 FOR RETURN POSTAGE.

• Faulty items will be replaced directly from product manufacturer or you can apply fully refund, no postage will be charged for replacement(s).
