Antique Vtg Toaster Sunbeam Flat C Reversible Chrome Deco Engraved 20s Works Cord





I just recently purchased a large collection of both "ANTIQUE & VINTAGE" toasters & other kitchen appliances from a collector.  These are all very unique pieces and not a lot of repeats of items, which is rare.  There are so many to list, so I will be listing several of them over a period of time....so please keep checking back to see what else is available!  I know very little about these items, but I know that there are many of you out there that do know about them.  If you have any questions prior to purchasing the item, PLEASE EMAIL ME so I can attempt to answer you....I will do my very best!  I have done my best to clean up the outside of these but haven't done anything to change the appearance of the item, so there is still plenty of "patina" left on the items.  All HAVE BEEN PLUGGED IN TO SEE IF THEY HEAT UP.....see notes below this description about the details of each individual item.    I am selling all of these "as found" and what I have pictured is EXACTLY what you will receive.  I am sure there are those of you out there that have to know how to "refurbish" these with a proper cleaning and minor fix here and there so they could be used once again (replacing the plugs so they are not dangerous!), or they simply might be a treasured piece of "times gone by"  to add as a collectible piece for you and your guests to look at.  I have taken plenty of pictures of the item you will be purchasing, it is up to you to scroll down and review all of them inside of the listing PRIOR TO PURCHASING!!!  Pictures are part of the item's description....so please look at them!!  There will be NO RETURNS on these toasters and antique appliances, I can't guarantee their performance once you have it because of their age and electrical design, but I can be truthful and honest about the item and the condition as of today.  Thanks again for shopping with me.......

  • Art Deco "engraved" or "etched" designs in the chrome
  • 1920s
  • With Cord.....not sure if it is original to the toaster or not.....Plugged it in and it gets hot!
  • Top of plug cover of toaster is stamped:  Sunbeam Model "C"
  • Beautiful shiny "CHROME" silver metal and gorgeous etching
  • Handles are a black colored bakelite, I believe
  • approximate measurements are 9.5" x 4.25" x 6"
  • Two Slice Toaster.....the flat double cage which holds the bread lifts up and you twist them to toast the opposite side of bread
  • I am not really sure how to measure the item's condition.....considering the items age and the fact that it does heat up and get hot, I would say it is in really good condition....there is patina on the toaster from aging and some rust areas and some pitting on the metal from the rust....some are worse than others.....PLEASE allow all of the photos answer this question.

We sell a lot of vintage pieces and they will have wear consistent with age and being previously worn or used. Vintage items are RARE and UNIQUE to the era that they are from, and not reproductions that are out there today. I always include alot of pictures for detailed inspection by you....PLEASE look carefully at what you are bidding on. You will receive EXACTLY what is pictured.

Returns will only be accepted if there has been an oversight by myself in the items description or measurements due to human error. All of the measurements are given and must be checked by the potential buyer and compared to something you currently own that fits you, if this is not done, this is NOT an acceptable reason for return and the return will NOT be accepted. Contact must be made by the buyer within (3) days of receipt of the item and must be mailed back by day (7) in the original condition and box from which it was received. Customer satisfaction is a priority and will be met if all is followed.
