This minifigure was only handled during sorting and repacking of it into its own mini resealable bag. Please note, there maybe very minor (if any) scratches on the LEGO pieces from storage and sorting. The Bandit #1 minifigure was available in the following sets in 1996, 1997, and 2002; 6712, 6761, 6762, 6765, 6769, 6799.
