E). Shipping and payment:

1). We only provide free shipping to United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia and some European countries BY SEA.

2). We accept PayPal or telegraphic transfer payment. If you want to other payment items, pls contact with us.

3). This item will be delivered after 15 working days since get your clear payment. Saturday, Sunday and Chinese public holiday is not available. It all depends on the vessel and the destination port of how long to reach, due to different countries. 

4).The shipping item is C&F destination sea port. That is to say, we only deliver this goods to your sea port but not to your door. So please pick up this machine at your sea port as soon as possible when it arrives. The extra warehouse fee and importing taxes in destination sea port should be covered by buyers.

5). We can also deliver this machine to your door. But please contact with us for freight inquiry before you buy it.

F). After-sale Warranty:

Except for the consumable parts (laser tube, focal lens, reflection lens, light bulbs and fuses) and the damaged parts are caused by artificial factor. We can can replace the new component in free of charge only when the machine is operated and used under normal condition, while shipping cost should be paid by buyer.

G).Return Policy:

Buyer should contact with us within 14 calendar days of receiving a defective product and let us know with detailed photos. And all items must be packed in their original situation.

Buyer should cover the returning shipping charge.
