Shipping
Royal Mail orders to the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class mail & Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery. Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday and 11am Saturday will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. Bank and Public Holidays excluded.

Terms and Conditions
- We will notify you on the day that your goods have been dispatched via email.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please do contact us before and after the sale with any queries.
- We are happy to replace or fully refund any items that have been damaged or lost in transit to you or if the wrong item is dispatched.
- If you change your mind (for non personalised products) we accept returns within 30 days of purchase providing that the products are unopened and unused. Buyer pays return postage.
- Because the products are personalised, sadly we are unable to refund you if you change your mind once the product is processed.
- Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report any problems within 48hrs via email. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
- Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via email giving full details of any problem along with your user ID.
- All goods are sent either via Royal Mail First Class post (up to 2kg)
