Ebay’s Delivery Estimates – The delivery estimates provided at the top of the listing are provided by Ebay to provide customers with an idea of when to expect their order. The are intended to be a guide only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Whilst most orders should arrive on or around the date estimates, delivery times may be affected during peak periods and unforeseen delays.
We aim to dispatch orders within the next working day from receipt of payment.All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
For UK customers delivery is Free unless specified,1ST and 2ND class postage can be added at checkout when you finalise payment for your item. 1st class is typically 1-2 working days after dispatch and 2nd class 2-3 working days (as defined by royal mail). We therefore generally advise customers that orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days however we would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before contacting us for unforeseen delays. Customers purchasing from overseas should allow additional time for delivery. Typically this is 3-5 working days for European customers and 5-10 working days for customers outside the EU. However to allow for unforeseen delays, delivery can sometimes take longer. In line with Royal Mail delivery policies, we accept an order as lost after 10 working days for deliveries to UK addresses and between 20 and 25 working days for deliveries to outside of the UK.These are the maximum times we would ask customers to wait and is in line with other sellers.

Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging. Packaging materials are increasingly getting costly as we try to use the best available to avoid any damage to your goods so please bear this in mind before leaving your feedback for postal and packaging charges.
