- All our products are new and unused & are hand cast using traditional methods in our on site foundry in the West Midlands
- Orders dispatched within 3 business days
- If there is going to be any delay beyond that we will email you

- All emails are responded to within 1 working day
- If you wish to return any items, then please do so - as long as we receive them back within 14 days, in original packaging, and a full refund will be issued
- If you are unhappy with your order in any way please email and we will do all we can to resolve your problem
We accept payment by any of the following methods:

Please pay as soon as possible after purchasing with us as that will allow us to post your item to you as quickly as possible.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of receiving payment (unless stated otherwise)
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or with a courier for express deliveries.
International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked if under 2KG and via a courier if over 2KG.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

You can return a product for up to 28 days from the date you purchased it.
