This is an early box for cigarillos, or small cigars. Lithographic, European, c. 1920. The clever title, 'Acta Non Verba,' is a Latin expression, which basically means: Do it, don't talk about it. I will ship the two portions of the box flat, you can re-assemble it on arrival. The assembled box measures about 4" x 3.5" by just under 1" thick. Mint, unused condition.
