POSTAGE

We post out on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning any orders received after 9.30 on any of these mornings will be posted out on the next available posting day.

RETURNS

All items apart from knickers are available for return. Please make sure all items are in the original packaging with all the labels, hygiene strips etc. intact. Any items that have been worn, smell or are in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to return an item please open a return request in ebay and all the return details will be sent to you.

Please get proof of postage from the post office this is free. Don’t worry about returning item registered post etc. as it can be expensive and can delay refunds by a few days, as I am usually out when they come and can’t always get to the sorting office straight away.

A refund of the purchase price will be refunded once we receive the item.
