All orders are single item only and unfortunately we do not offer combined shipping for multiple orders placed on our eBay store. If you would like to order several items please head to our website SurfStitch Items over $30 ship free within Australia, unless heavy or bulky. A flat rate of $6.95 is charged for express shipping per item for orders under $30. If you are ordering a heavy or bulky item shipping starts from $9.99 per item. Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express and this is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, SurfStitch takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. In some cases, large or bulky orders will be shipped regular eParcel post and may be delivered 1-3 days after your estimated delivery date. Returns
SurfStitch is committed to customer satisfaction- if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund*. No exchanges are available on our eBay store. *Due to hygiene reasons, SurfStitch is not able to accept returns on underwear or earrings unless faulty. Returns Process If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below: 1. Complete the Return section on the lower part of your invoice & enclose with your return merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around. 2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
