I only Accept PayPal as a payment method. This ensures your complete protection, allows us to track your order quickly and gives you a better faster service. If you have any special requests please either leave a note to seller at checkout when making payment or email us through eBay.
TERMS
Please contact us via email before leaving any neutral or negative feedback. We will work with you to correct any problems. Leaving negative feedback does not solve your problem nor does it help us. We will always look to resolve any issue you have. Please know that the title, price and description are subject to change without notice.
Delivery & Returns
Standard shipping is to the United Kingdom. If you would like a quote to anywhere outside of the UK please email us. Items will almost always be shipped within 1 business day after payment received. At peak times this may take up to 3 working days. We do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery, as that is in the hand of Royal Mail or the courier company used. All parcels over 2kg will be dispatched using a courier which takes 2-3 working days. Small parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. 1st class is available at checkout at extra cost. There is no special delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. We only ship to the address on PayPal, or selected Click & Collect with Argos. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the PayPal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not deliver to any other address under any circumstances. You can also collect in person if it is easier for you. Please confirm this with us before purchasing.

RETURNS/DAMAGES
Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 14 day period. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. If there are damages to the product you receive, we will need photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging. Once approved a replacement will be dispatched. We may ask you to return the damaged item back to us. Returns must be received in the original packaging. We request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents.
