The item for sale in this listing is a QUOOKER PRO3-VAQ BASIC ,. Once you have pressed the "buy it now" button you will be required to pay for the item immediately. (until the item is paid  for i can not process any orders). Payment methods include PAYPAL, CASH ON COLLECTION OR CHEQUE (item will not be dispatched until cheque clears). 

Once the item is paid for you will be contacted directly from a member of the DesiredStock team who will arrange the Delivery.

Once purchased the Quooker Tap can be returned within 7 days of receiving the tap for a full refund. (cost of postage will be deducted from the final refund amount), because of the value of this product you must send via Royal Mail Special Delivery and make sure the item is insured. (other couriers can be used etc DHL, PARCEL FORCE, FED EX). We will not refund the cost of the return P&P.

If you receive a faulty tap, you must contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and exchange for a new tap.
