Return Policies & Conditions

If you do not satisfy our products and would like to return your items, please kindly contact us through eBay message and choose the topic as I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message or Other We will send the return shipping label and the tracking number to your email address and the return address confirmation to your eBay message. The location of the warehouse responsible for the return will be determined by the fulfillment service department. The full refund will be issued, once the item arrives back at our warehouse and we can confirm from the tracking number that the item has been delivered. Please return the item within 30 days to complete the return process.
