The partners are: Brother & Sisters Andrew, Caroline & Louise they have been in the trade since they were babies (not to give their ages away) with over 40 years’ experience

Lynn If you ring us you will speak to Lynn, she is the ‘go to girl’ in the office

Michelle & Baz: they do all the picking and packing and are engaged to be married, Baz is also the guy to get the latest football scores from they are both football mad

JT does all our pictures & listings she is also is the person who replies to your emails and Text/WhatsApp messages

We post Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) orders placed & paid for before 1pm Monday to Thursday or Friday before 10.30am will be dispatched the same working day

How do I know you have posted my items?

You will receive a dispatched email from us once we have dispatched your parcel

Personalised Products please be aware that even though we try to dispatch everything the same day, personalised items can sometimes take an extra day to produce, so there is no next day option on personalised products

Please note: Delivery times can vary depending on factors such as: Location (Channel Isles, Remote areas of Scotland) Peak Periods, Adverse Weather conditions Etc.

We aim for all our UK parcels to arrive within 1-2 working days (busy periods 1-4 days) and international between 4-8 working days (busy periods 4-12 days)

Who Delivers Our Parcels in the UK

Parcels & Large Letters

Royal Mail: All our products include free 1st class shipping within the UK, we are now signed up to Royal Mails Parcel ‘2D Tracking’ so all parcels will have Tracking in place or for an additional fee we can post via ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24’ for Next Day Delivery. This does not include a Saturday delivery

Heavy Parcels over 3kg

For this we use either interlink, Parcelforce or DPD & will have tracking included

Worldwide

We use Royal Mail for small items which does not include tracking & for heavier larger items we use Parcelforce, My Hermes DPD or UPS & will have tracking included in the cost of postage

We offer a 30 day no quibble Returns Policy on all our products

If you wish to return a faulty product

Report to us within 48 hours use the contact us via eBay “open a case for return” we do not accept returns unless it is done via eBay this is to protect both you & us, attach a photo of the damage, this will speed up the process for a refund or replacement, if you can’t send a picture we might ask for the item to be returned before we can process your refund or replacement

Please make sure that you choose the right option: for either a refund or a replacement, we cannot send a replacement if you have requested a refund and vice versa, if you have requested a replacement we cannot issue a refund

To return an unwanted item via a free returns label

“open a case for return” we do not accept returns unless it is done via eBay this is to cover you & us, then we will arrange a label for you to print off then you can drop it off at any of My Hermes drop shops, they are in most garages & corner shops etc. I can let you know the closest one to you. If you do not have a printer then I can always post you a label, any Large Letter items e.g. Small plaques would have to be taken to the post office and postage would be refunded on 2^nd class postage basis only, we do not refund 1^st class or recorded unless agreed before hand

Rules for sending back an unwanted item

We now offer free returns on all our products. but we only accept returns if the item is sent back in: the same brand new condition, and the manufacturer's packaging is intact, if packaging has been removed opened or when returned, item has been damaged as a result of tape or labels attached to the item or manufacturers packaging, there will be only a refund of 80% all we ask that you to send it back to us in the same condition as we sent it to you
