Handling of orders

All orders are dispatched after 1 working day or sooner.

For example. If you place an order on a Monday it will take 1 working day for processing (Tuesday) and will be dispatched on the Wednesday at the latest, but more often will be dispatched on the Tuesday.

If you place an order on a Friday we will process your order that weekend and will dispatch on the Monday.

This is the maximum amount of time it will take for an item to be dispatched but it is more often much sooner. Unless we have it marked as being away on holiday when it will show when we are back and dealing with orders again.

Once your item is dispatched it will be marked as 'Dispatched' on your account so you know it is on its way. There will also be an estimated delivery time on your purchase details so you know when to expect your parcel.

UK ORDERS

All items are posted Royal Mail Second Class unless you have chosen an alternative option at the checkout.

This is estimated to be 2-3 working days by Royal Mail but sometimes can take a little longer. In which case please wait until 7 days have elapsed after your item has been marked as “Dispatched” before contacting us. We do obtain a certificate of Proof of Postage from the Post office for all orders and we are happy to send you a copy if you so wish.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are processed the same as UK orders, with 1 working day for processing. All items are posted as “Standard International small package” by Royal Mail and this does not come with tracking information but we do obtain a certificate of Proof of Postage from the Post office. If you require a tracking number for your order please select “Royal Mail International Signed for” at the checkout and your tracking number will be added after dispatch.

All international destination delivery times vary, but EBay will put an estimate on your order details. Please be aware that this is NOT a definite delivery time.

We always put a customs forms on non-E.U. parcels and mark them as a 'Gift' so no customs duties should be incurred by the customer and in the case of lubricants we write the item as body lotion.
