To use, pierce a small hole in fabric and push eye post through. Slide the safety back onto the eye post to secure.

When attaching safety eyes to thin or knitted fabrics we recommend that a circular piece of cotton fabric with a pierced hole is placed on the eye post before sliding on the washer safety back.
