IF YOUR ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEN YOU CAN RETURN THE PURCHASE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION (FIT FOR RE-SALE) WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy i.e. the item has been worn, outside the 14 day period.

In all cases, items that are being returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Sale items, however, are non-refundable.

If you want to make a return, please contact us beforehand informing us of the reasons for your return so that we are aware of the situation.

You must ensure you tell us your Ebay id with your original invoice when returning your order. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.

However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost/damaged order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

Please note that the cost of P&P is not refundable, the cost of returning the item is at the buyer’s own expense.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Before dispatching your item we aim to quality check each one so that it is in perfect condition, if a fault is found we will notify you of this and give you an immediate refund if a replacement cannot be found.

All items are new and have not been worn; any fault found is due to the manufacturers.

Please Note:  If an item has been worn after which an apparent fault is found, it will not be classed as a faulty good. I.e. a diamante is missing from a shoe or the stitching from the dress comes undone after wearing it will not be classed as a faulty good.
