Please make sure you purchase through eBay and send an eBay message after
purchase with your requirement.
Please do not send you engraving details through PayPal note.
Please make sure you check all your details, and then check again to make sure
you have made no spellings mistake or errors.
We engrave exactly as you asked for. Please do not forget to send font number which shows on image (if you do not sent any font number we engrave in font nr7).
What requirement to send through message:

This item is engraved using a laser machine.
Your message will not rub or wash off.
We do not process order without payment.
We accept only PayPal payments.
Item will be dispatched 1-3 working days and eight sent by royal Mail 2nd class.
(usually delivered within 2-3 working days). Items comes in bubble envelope or in parcel box (dependence the heart quantity)
The glass engraving is our hobby, and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Should you received your item and are not satisfied,
please lets us know via eBay message and include picture if your item is damage.
All items are made especially for you and therefore are not-returnable.
If we made this mistake we will happily send out replacement.
