This is the MOSFET version, these run cooler and last longer than the cheaper Silicon versions.
This is a quality Aftermarket part at a great price.
Please check the picture carefully, they switched to a different design after 1999, but there is some overlap.

This regulator has 4 wires on one plug (2 Red/White and 2 Green) and three Yellow wires on the other plug.
Compatible with the earlier 1987-1990 bikes even though they have the extra Black sensor wire.
