This macrame bag is circular with a leather bottom. The interior has a zip pocket. 

The lining is separated from the bag near the base of one strap and it looks like someone tried (very badly) to repair it. 

 This bag will need a clean repair to properly reattach the lining and strap. (see pics) but it does not affect the outside of the bag.
