Old Dutch German Style Thatched Roof Half Timber House Art Framed Iridescent Art Print

Framed in 1958 - truly vintage (See photo of back of frame). I don't know what this style of art is called, maybe "semi iridescent print" would be better but it has an almost magical iridescent reflective shimmer to it. The subject is serious while appreciation for the medium itself is subject to the admirer's personal taste. As an art lover, having been raised in a gallery, my parents might cringe to hear it but I personally find this type of print attractive. The scene is of a seaside area of what appears to be either Holland or perhaps the North Sea Coast of Germany. There's an anchor on a sign and a few women wearing Northern European clothing. The homes are old style half timbered Germanic "Fachwerkhäuser" (Germany still has over 2,000,000 Fachwerkhäuser). I'm thinking it's dutch because of the bonnets. Chickens and a rooster. On the  back it says Franklin Pictures 6796. "1958, First piece we bought for our new home." and the name Stephanie is on the back.
