All specimens are packed carefully and securely using standard shipping supplies such as bubblewrap, packing peanuts, etc. Each piece is boxed, and in some cases double boxed to help guard against possible damage while in transit. I DO NOT use padded mailers for specimens.

All specimens are shipped USPS with tracking within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

We do offer combined shipping for multiple wins and it is based on the weight of the entire package.

All specimens are shipped within one day of payment being received.

International Bidders should please note that any and all items will ship via USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL or USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL ONLY. Both methods are trackable and the Express option is insured and guaranteed. For rates, please refer to the USPS website or contact me directly.

 

Ikon Minerals hand selects all of its minerals whether it is due to rarity, aesthetic beauty, etc. And as much as we would like to keep every specimen for our own collection, that's just not possible. We want you to love your purchase and if you aren't 100% satisfied with any piece, just contact us and we will do everything possible to make it right.

Please note that we do offer a return policy on every piece. Though bear in mind that Ikon Minerals must be contacted first before a return will be accepted; and that any returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Since all pieces will be packed securely, any damage sustained while in transit is not elegible for a return unless insurance is purchased. All orders totalling $100 or more will be insured for free.
