No labor warranty is provided.

This item has been previously used and will show signs of wear and tear.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. No returns on any item after 30 days. The 30 day period starts when the buyer takes possession of the item. To return an item the buyer must contact us via eBay Messages within the 30 day period to obtain return instructions. If we are not notified, the return may be rejected.

20% percent restocking fee applies to all returns/refunds.

This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alterations or modifications, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

Electrical parts, altered items, and custom orders are not returnable/refundable.

All returned parts must bear our identifying marks.

If free shipping is offered on the listing, the original charged amount from the carrier will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

Free shipping limited to the 48 continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or physical addresses forwarded to P.O. boxes, please contact us before purchasing to receive a shipping price.

Buyers of items shipped outside the USA are responsible for customs fees/taxes/duties and may encounter delays due to customs inspections. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying.

If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement or a refund will be offered to you. If shipping damage is not apparent until after the carrier leaves, please contact the shipping carrier claims department. After initiating the claim, please contact us and we will issue a replacement/refund after the conclusion of the shipping carrier claim.

We cannot answer questions as to whether a certain part will or will not fit your vehicle. It is up to the buyer to check with the local dealer or other resources to determine fit and compatibility beforehand.

Parts for modern vehicles are complicated in their nature and in most cases require re-programming and even authorized dealer involvement. Please verify installation procedures before purchasing. We are not able to answer any questions related to installation.

In most cases we provide interchange information, which is provided for reference only and not as a guide. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the fit of the purchased item. We cannot be held liable for compatibility issues due to incomplete/erroneous interchange information.
