we offer free UK delivery on most items which go on a 48 hour service which can take 1-3 days. We also offer a range of express services for those items you require urgently.

We always post your items the same day Monday to Friday on orders placed before 1 PM. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. We send most items by Royal Mail, Yodel or Hermes. The majority of customers receive their orders within 24-48 hours of placing.

48 Hour Courier / Royal Mail 2nd Class can take 2 to 3 working days
24 Hour Courier / Royal Mail 1st Class can take 1 to 2 days (very rare it will take 2 days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day before 1 PM, we can also offer Special delivery for a Saturday delivery, this will cost slightly more than normal Special Delivery.

Our European delivery prices are unrivalled and excellent value for money. We ship to the whole of Europe and seem to have the right combination of price and speed of delivery.

European Delivery cost are usually between £2.45 and £29.99 for up to 5kg
Royal mail (small packet minimum value) can take 5-15 days for delivery
larger items are fully tracked and can take from 5 to 12 days for delivery

Overseas buyers are responsible for any tax & import duty charged when goods are imported to their country.

At Titan Tactical we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. And we're confident you'll be pleased with our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please also put your original invoice or a letter inside with your full details as follows; Name, Address, Order I.D, Email Address, Contact daytime telephone Number. Please also include a full and complete description of why you have returned the goods and if you would like an exchange or refund.

If returning an item you the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery. Any returns that do not make it back to us will be the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot refund or exchange items that we have not received back.
