Terms & Conditions

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same/next working day, however in some cases orders can take up to 3 working days to be dispatched. In the unlikely event we are unable to dispatch the order within three working days we will inform you via email.

Delivery

Items should be received within 2-3 working days of receiving your dispatch notification. Please be aware it may take longer during busy seasons e.g. Christmas. We use Royal Mail (Tracked Orders) as our only Domestic Delivery Service.

Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item you have 30 days to request a refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when received. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturing defects however we are happy to replace faulty items or issue a refund provided that it has been reported to us within 48 hours of accepting the shipment. In the unlikely event the wrong item/colour/size has been sent out we will take full responsibility to correct this error but we do try our best to complete all orders correctly.
