12V 24V Digital Voltage Meter Test Control Relay Timer Time Delay Switch Module

This controller uses a LED to display status. It has one channel of voltage detection, a relay for switch signal output (normal open and normal closed). So it can control circuit on/off when voltage is too high or too low.

Work Mode:

P1: Setting of delay details (delay time, lit-up time of LED)

P2: Upper/lower voltage limit - a (setting upper/lower limit voltage. The set voltage limit will trigger relay to change status: relay initial status is off)

P3: Upper/lower voltage limit - b (setting upper/lower limit voltage. The set voltage limit will trigger relay to change status: relay initial status is on)

P4: Set relay status (on or off) within the upper/lower limit of P2/P3.

Details about work modes;

P1: under the P1 mode, we can set the delay time for relay to go off (T1), and delay time for relay to go on (T2), Time rage 0~999 seconds.
If off time is set 005, on time is set 000, then relay will wait 5 seconds to go off, then will be always on. If off time is set 000, on time is set 005, then relay immediately goes on, then, after 5 seconds, goes off. If delay off time is set 005, on time set 006, relay will wait 5 seonds to go on, remain on for 6 seonds, then go off.

The minimal stand-by current of the LED is 6mA(12V). When the LED displays "d-0", it means the off time of LED is 0, in other words, it is always on. We press Enter button to set time 1~9 minutes delay off: under any mode, when there is no operation on the unit, the LED will turn off at set time; if there is any operation, the off time of LED will be delayed accordingly.


P2: Upper/lower voltage limit (relay initial status is off)
When we enter P2 mode, the unit will detect DC voltage between "Voltage Detection+" and "GND". The detected voltage will show on LED. When detected voltage is higher than set upper limit, relay will go on; when detected voltage is below the lower limit, relay will go off.

We can also change the setting to: When detected voltage is higher than set upper limit, relay will go off; when detected voltage is below the lower limit, relay will go on.

Voltage detection range: 0~99.9V. Relay load: 10A 277VAC/30VDC. Please pay attention: when load voltage is higher than DC30V, the high voltage arc will damage relay contact point, so we'd need an external DC solid state relay.

If we have already set delay time in P1 mode, relay will follow the setting to make the delay. For example:

P1 set off time T1 to be 003, when detected voltage reaches trigger voltage, relay will wait 3 seconds, then go on. We can use this method to check delay turn-on function for the circuit.

Here are another four examples:
A. T1 set 000, T2 set 000, P2 mode set at "ON H". When detected voltage goes over upper limit, relay immediately goes on. When detected voltage goes under lower limit, relay immediately goes off.

B. T1 set 003, T2 set 000, P2 mode set at "ON H". When detected voltage goes over upper limit, relay will wait for 3 seconds, then goes from off to on.

C. T1 set 003, T2 set 000, P2 mode set at "ON L". When detected voltage goes below lower limit, relay will wait 3 seconds, then goes from off to on.

D. T1 set 003, T2 set 002, P2 mode set "ON H". When detected voltage goes over upper limit, relay will delay 3 seconds to go on, then, after 2 seconds, goes off.


P3: Upper/lower voltage limit (relay initial status is on)
P3 mode is almost identical to P2, only that the initial status of relay is reversed from off of P2 to on of P3.

P3 mode is usually used for delay going off of circuit: for example, we set at "ON H", when detected voltage is higher than upper limit, delay time counting begins. When detected voltage is below lower limit, relay goes on.

Another example: T1 set 000, T2 set 003, P3 mode set "ON L". When detected voltage is below lower limit, relay will wait 3 seconds to go from on to off.



P4Circuit Over-Voltage / Under-Voltage Low-Voltage Controller: Set relay status (on or off) within the upper/lower limit of P2/P3
Under this mode, we can set status of relay to be on or off, when detected votlage is within upper and lower limit. Once detected voltage goes out of the range, delay time (set at P1) begins the counting down.

For example: T1 set 003, T2 set 000, P4 set "ON L". When detected voltage is out of the range, relay will wait 3 seconds, then goes from off to on.

And, when T2 set 000, T2 set 003, P4 set "ON H", when detected voltage goes out of the range, relay will wait 3 seconds, then goes from on to off.
