Size Guide

If your size is not listed, we can customise any jacket to your specific needs and measurements. The additional cost for any customisation on any jacket is £20 (GBP).

Please send us a message via eBay messaging BEFORE ordering a custom sized jacket to confirm. After confirming with us, please clearly give us your exact measurements for height, Chest, Sleeves, Shoulders, Belly and Waist.  Please note these measurements must be taken bare or wearing a fitted top at most. Also note that self measurements are usually not accurate,  so please make sure that measurement is taken by someone else.

Custom jacket takes 7 working days to be ready.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Jackets (unless there is a fault with the jacket) as this is made to your custom specification and we cannot re-sell the item.

 

Payment

PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. We accept PayPal payments from buyers all over the world. PayPal is the safest, easiest and quickest way to make online purchases.

If you do not already have a PayPal account, simply click on the 'Buy It Now' button and follow the eBay checkout instructions. You will then be able to enter your card details in order to pay via PayPal  even if you do not already have a PayPal account. Paying via PayPal also ensures that your purchase is fully protected and guaranteed.

 

Delivery

Your PayPal payment will reach us immediately. Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order within 48 hours to your registered eBay address. If you need your item sent to an alternative address,  you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an Item Dispatched email to let you know that your order is on its way. You can check expected delivery time under postage and payment tab

Please allow slightly longer for weekends and bank holidays.

 

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 14 days from the date of purchase.  If your initial request to return the item is after 14 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request.

Before arranging your return, please refer to the below checklist: If you receive incomplete items, or if a part arrives broken/damaged/faulty, send us a message through eBay before going ahead with your return as we may be able to replace the part of the order. Please make sure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped up in its original packaging and also check that any tags are still intact. Change the outer bag if needed. Stick the returns address label over the original label. Make sure you pop in the returns note with the product stating your name, address, username and the reason for return. Just a note, items that are not packaged or labelled correctly will not be accepted through any of our returns routes, so kindly double check.

Before opening a case on eBay for returns, please check your purchased items in My eBay. Locate the item that you have purchased from us and contact us from there. Please provide as much additional information as possible as to why you wish to return this item.  Once contacted, we will get in touch with you to assist you further to replace or return your purchase within 24-48 hours.

Additionally, If you have ordered wrong size and the jacket doesn't fit you, we can replace it for you but it'll be subjected to a £20 (GBP) additional cost to cover courier charges. Also, buyer would be liable to send the jacket back to us.  

 

 

Terms

 

To be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we can only dispatch items to your registered eBay address. This is the address you select when completing the eBay checkout process.  To have an item sent to an alternative address you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing the item.

Please ensure that all purchases are inspected thoroughly upon delivery. If your item is faulty or defected we must be notified by eBay messaging within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible we will arrange for  a replacement item or part to be sent. If the sending of a replacement item or part is not possible we will either ask to return the faulty item and refund or offer an immediate refund.

Due to the vast number of items that we sell on a daily basis, we have an automated feedback system in place. As soon as you leave positive feedback for your transaction, our automated system will leave you a positive feedback.

FAQ

Q: How can I buy multiple items from your eBay shop? 

A: You can click on 'Add to Basket' tab for each item you want to buy from our shop and then pay all together once you finished shopping.

Q: How can I buy item if I do not have Paypal account? 

A: You can contact us via eBay message for other ways for payment for your intended item. For contact please click on our eBay user id and on next page click on 'contact member' link.

Q: I have paid for the item but still haven't not received it? 

A: We usually send the item in three working days, We work only Monday to Friday exc bank holidays, Any orders placed later on Friday afternoon will likely to be dispatched following three working days from Monday.

Please allow slightly longer during busy festive period.

Q: I am not 100% happy about the item I received, what to do? 

A: Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction, Please contact us as soon as possible to we can sort the problem out.

Q: I have bought wrong size jacket. Can I return it for a different size? 

A: We can certainly replace that for you subjected to a £20 GBP cost to cover the courier charges. Also, buyer would be liable to send the original jacket back to us.
