The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition and suitable for resale.
You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. Original postage and packing cost will not be refunded.
Please obtain a ‘proof of posting' when you return the goods in case there are any problems with Royal Mail.
Products that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit then it must be returned with any original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please do not take offence if we ask for photographic proof of the damaged item.
Once received a replacement will be sent, in case the item is not available any more we will issue a full refund.
