Sometimes known as Rice Paper, Wafer Paper is, in fact, made from Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil and Water
This edible paper is best used over icing or marzipan
The paper is semi-opaque and prints may look dull and will not be as vivid as the image on your screen
so we recommend a white or light coloured layer underneath to achieve the best effect.
