Handling: Items will typically ship out within 1 to 2 business days. If you need an order more quickly, please reach out to us through eBay messages and make sure we can commit to a quicker shipping time before you place your order.

Shipping: Our default shipping method is USPS standard delivery. Expedited shipping is only available on select items, please see the eBay shipping tab above for additional shipping details.  

Tracking: Tracking will be provided by email within our 1 to 2 day handling time. Signature confirmation is only added to orders that exceed a value of $750.

You are responsible to make sure the delivery address you provide is complete and valid. Shipments that are returned because of an incomplete or invalid address won't be refunded until they are delivered back to our facility. The shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your total refund. This also applies to packages that are refused when delivery is attempted. 

Returns: Your satisfaction is very important to us! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please be sure to send us a message and we can work out a resolution.  

Refunds: We will issue a full refund minus the cost of the original shipping as long as the item is returned in its original condition with all the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition a restocking fee up to 15% may be applied.

Cancellations: We only accept cancellations if you contact us before the item has shipped out. Once the item has been processed for shipment it cannot be retrieved. 

Refusals: Please do not refuse a package. Shipping carriers charge additional fees when a package is refused. If we receive a refused package we will deduct all shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
