Our Holographic Glitter is easily applied: First apply your chosen base colour gel, black is an ideal choice, however other colours will create a different final effect. Apply this pigment over a "Tacky" gel polish base coat, ensuring it is still tacky - this is usually around half the cure time under your UV/LED lamp. For best results apply peices individually or with a make-up brush and dab the onto the tacky base coat and then place under your UV/LED lamp to finish the cure.
