We deliver our items within 1-5 working days of receiving payment but usually the item will be delivered within 3 days. Our aim is for you to have your item within a week of purchase. In exceptional circumstances the item may take longer than 5-10 working days but we will contact you if this is the case. If you require the item urgently or within a specific space of time then please give us a call on 01745 561213 and we can advise you as to exactly when you are likely to receive your item and confirm any potential cost.

Payment
Payment should be received within 1-4 days of the sale date. If there is a delay then please email us. However, all items must be paid for within 7 days of the auction ending.
The item will only be dispatched once payment is made and funds have been cleared.
If you are paying by cheque or bank transfer then please allow 3-7 working days for the funds to clear after which your item will be shipped.
We accept Paypal, Debit Credit Cards, Postal orders, Cheques and Bank transfer. If you are paying via a method other than Paypal, then please contact us to request payment information.
Returns Policy
We offer a full money back guarantee if you decide that you do not want the item based on the following terms:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging
It must be unused and complete
The customer must be liable for all delivery charges as a refund will not be given for the delivery charge incurred by us nor are we responsible for any costs that you may incur in sending the item back to us.
Please notify is within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return the product after which we will provide you with delivery information.
In the unlikely situation where the item is damaged, please adhere to the following procedures:
Advise us within 2 days of receiving the item that it is damaged
Send us an email to sales@gandstractors.co.uk with a brief description of the problems and some pictures showing the nature of the damage
Once this has been received, we shall either exchange the item with a perfect brand new one or collect the item from you and offer you a full refund. This depends on the customers' preference as to whether they want an exchange or a refund. Both service are offered at no additional cost to the customer.
