Important postage information, please read before purchase

Royal Mail are still currently experiencing delays, although not as bad as recent weeks they are still estimating 2nd Class to take around 10 working days and 1st Class 7 working days in some areas, International mail is still taking up to 6 weeks depending on country and current situation. Ebay do not in any way reflect the true delivery times and are to be ignored as they are inaccurate, some orders may get delivered as normal and some may not as the situation changes daily from area to area. There are updates on the Royal Mail website and facebook page regarding this. No refunds or replacements will be sent until they are outside of the current delivery guidelines as we cannot make any claims within this timeframe. If you need your item quickly then you must opt for Special Delivery which is the only option that is still prioritised. By purchasing any item, you agree to these current postage terms and understand there will be a delay.

POSTAGE

All items dispatched same day if purchased and payment cleared before 12pm, except Weekends where the item will be posted on the Monday.

UK items are posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to go through the Royal Mail system, although most items will usually arrive in 1-3 working days.

International items are posted using Royal Mail International. Although most items arrive within 7-10 working days it can sometimes take 15-28 working days to work it's way through various international hubs and customs.

If you want your item next day (UK only) please choose Special Delivery at checkout.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All items are sent in sealed clear bags so you can see the item, if you are not happy for any reason you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned with original un-opened packaging.

Any jewellery found to be faulty or damaged will be replaced free of charge or refunded only if that item is unavailable. Photographic evidence of the fault must be provided.


ROYAL MAIL NON DELIVERY / LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

All items notified as not delivered will be claimed for through the Royal Mail claims process. Customer name, address, email, and details of the transaction will be passed on to Royal Mail as part of their claim process, this is for them to verify the claim is genuine and customer details will not be used by Royal Mail for marketing purposes.
