We will not accept returns for personalised items if you simply do not like it or if they have been purchased incorrectly (for example but not limited to: wrong phone size or wrong case colour).
NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
Items can be returned within 30 days after receipt of the item.
The cost of returning the item is the buyers responsibility.
FAULTY / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe an item to be defective, please contact us via eBay messages and include a photo of issue in your message.
We will respond within 2 working days. Please contact us before leaving feedback and we will surely be able to resolve any issue you have.

All our cases are 2D prints of the design you see in the listing images, therefore:
None of our cases are metallic, holographic, 3D or shiny reflective
Print colours may differ slightly in person due to your monitor settings.
In some cases, darker grey design colours can, once printed seem brown.
The designs are printed onto aluminium plates which are adhered to plastic/rubber cases, which can sometimes interfere with certain wireless charging set-ups.
