With 50 years of sewing experience, each and every, Hanging Kitchen Oven Cabinet Refrigerator Hand Dish Towel is handcrafted professionally with care, by ME, a ONE PERSON business, in my studio on my farm.

ORDERS:

For each order placed, you will receive one (1) Hanging Kitchen Hand Oven Cabinet Refrigerator Dishtowel, an ORIGINAL DESIGN by me.

In this listing:  

Fabric: Palomino Mares & Chestnut Foal at Stream.

Towel: 100% Cotton Medium Weight 

For your benefit a yard stick shows the length of each towel, from either a drawer pull knob and or over the cabinet bar handle. 

       ***Please note that the length can vary on by different size drawer pull knobs, handles, door knobs and etc.

THE TOWEL YOU CHOOSE, Is the ONE YOU WILL RECEIVE.  IT IS READY TO SHIP.

The towels can hang on a drawer pull knob, door knob, hook, oven handle, fridge handle or backs of chairs etc.

 When my children were little the were never able to pull the towels down, as well as my kitties.

PRODUCT DETAILS:

I only use Good Quality, 100% Cotton Quilt Fabrics, 100% Cotton Thread & 100% Cotton Quilt Batting Liner. 

This is a SINGLE 100% Cotton Terry Cloth Towel Base. 

This is NOT a 'DOUBLE' towel.

I use 100% Polyester  Grosgrain Ribbon. 

Hook and Loop Fastener (I use the name brand 'V') is used to complete the ease of securing your towels to your stove handle, fridge, cabinet drawers, backs of chairs etc.

I do detailed sewing to finish the look and each back is hand sewn.  

Care instructions are included.

Each Hanging Kitchen Towel is packaged and ready for gift giving.

***I have 50 years of sewing experience, which includes purchasing only good quality fabrics.

I did manage a large fabric store many years ago. All the sewing displays were made by me. I also taught sewing classes. I had sewn for my children, make clothes from play clothes, dresses, suits,  wedding gowns and dolls.

SHIPPING POLICY:

I ship MONDAY through FRIDAY. 

Please make sure your paypal address is correct.  I only ship to the address that shows up in the sales record.

I only ship through ebay labeling that includes tracking numbers. Once a label is printed, ebay sends over the tracking number to you. A packing slip is included in your order.   

***If by chance you are sending this as a gift directly to someone and do not want the packing slip added since it does reflect the price of the item(s), please add a message to seller when making purchase. Make sure the recipient's shipping address is correct. 

I monitor each package to see that it shows that it has been delivered. Once I have hand delivered your order to USPS, I have NO CONTROL in how long USPS takes to deliver your order.  If there is any weather issues, it can delay your order. If  tracking shows that your package has been delivered, and it is not in your mailbox, please contact through 'ask a Seller a Question'. Check with your neighbor's, there are times a carrier will miss deliver. 

My store is closed on all Holidays and Weekends.

COMMUNICATION  and   MY FEEDBACK POLICY:

I try hard to reply to questions quickly, ebay does let you know that it can be one to two days before you hear back from a seller, when you are asking a question. I only communicate through ebay messages. 

I do appreciate your fast payment on your order. I make an effort to ship out your order as quickly as I can. All orders that do come in from Friday afternoon through the weekend will be dropped off at the USPS on Monday. For orders purchased on Holidays they will be dropped off at USPS the following day. All orders are personally hand delivered directly to the Postal Worker at USPS and scanned in front of me.

Ebay's policy allows me to leave feedback at ANY time after the receipt of an order, or when buyer leaves feedback.

Because my items are uniquely HANDMADE by ME, I do wait to leave my feedback until you have left yours.  

I understand some buyers want feedback right away for payment. 

Customer satisfaction is of high priority.

I offer a 30 day Return Policy, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

Before returning item(s) PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST through eBAY MESSAGES.

Please return all item(s) in SEALED ORIGINAL PACKAGING with ORIGINAL PAPERWORK.

BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN POSTAGE. There is a 'restocking' fee. 

ALL Microwave items, BAKER BAGS, WARMERS, TOWELS and HOLDERS will be DESTROYED upon return DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your countries custom office to determine what these additional cost could be, prior to purchasing. Arrival of your package can take up to 4 weeks, and could be held up by your customs office, not by me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Weight of each Hanging Kitchen Hand Dishtowel is 4 ounces. If you are purchasing more than one item, PLEASE request an invoice so I can help you save on shipping costs. 

I ship all International orders in a padded envelope. I do not charge handling fees.
