If able, we strongly suggest ordering two sizes and then returning the one that does not fit. If ordering two sizes, you will receive a 5% discount (eBay only) to help offset the return postage. We accept Paypal on all our items. This offers the buyer protection so you can purchase with full confidence. We appreciate immediate payment, but if you are having issues with the payment process, please contact us and we will do out best to help you in any way we can. Paypal enables you to pay with any Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover card, and others.

Can I get expedited shipping?
USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day) is free for all orders over 1lb.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 2pm (ET) are often shipped the same day. Often, orders received after 2pm (ET) are also shipped same day. Should there be any issues with an order we will contact you before shipment.

60 Day Returns

How do I return an item?
Please contact us to advise that you would like to return an item for an exchange or a refund. Once we acknowledge your request, please send the suit back to us (these costs are the buyers, however we can provide a discounted return label for $8). Our costs to mail the new items will need to be paid for before we can mail any exchange. If an exchange results in a price difference, the buyer must pay this. These costs are can be paid via PayPal invoice, or check (payable to Matthew Subham). Please wait for us to confirm the postage amount and any price difference before you send the returns back to us.

How long do I have to return an item?
All return requests must be made no later than 60 days after the goods have been received.

The return item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.

Will you deduct the cost of free postage from my refund (like everyone else does)?
No, absolutely not. If you purchase a suit for $40 with free postage, and you return it to us, you will be refunded $40.
