Designed specifically for those of us that are ‘stuck for time’ AND that demand ‘RESULTS’ from their efforts spent working out. This DVD is split in to three distinct Intermediate level workouts all with their own slight ‘twists’ and ‘uniqueness’.

 

Workout 1: ‘After Burn’ Program Anoushka Moore takes you through your paces with this full on workout using the legendary kettlebell complexes which we refer to as ‘fat melters’ for a complete all over body workout.

Run Time: Approx 30 mins

 

Workout 2: ‘Detonator’ Program Stacey Waite steps up to deliver a 30 minute traditional Kettlercise® workout using the BSM System of training.  To give it its technical name you may know it as EPOC (Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption).  Some people seem to think that this could be the secret to faster fat loss.

Workout 3: ‘Melt Down‘ Program Anoushka Moore returns to give you something as the name suggests a non-stop calorie crunching half hour, blending kettlebells with body weight exercise to deliver cardio chaos at its best.
