You have to be patient throughout the process
You will
need a hot air gun or a hair dryer
The technician has used plastic tool tool to separate the old cracked digitizer , we strongly recommend that you use good quality play cards. This video is for LG G2 however same technique applies to LG G2 Mini.

Once the cracked digitizer is separated, clean the screen with the cleaner. The instructions are mentioned over the tube.
You can simply put
the laser cut double sided adhesive (provided in the kit) on the frame of the
phone and stick the digitizer on it. No Need to Use the
UV Glue because if you use UV glue it
will penetrate into the lcd and will spoil it. Your phone is ready to assemble.
