Per serving of 100g with 500ml milk:
- 26 gram protein comes from whey and milk.
- 13 grams protein come from soya.
- 4 grams of protein come from oat powder.

How to use Mega Go Mass Pro XL Protein Gainer:
For the best results take 1-3 servings daily: Take 1 (or half a) serving 60-90 minutes before your training and 1 (or half a) serving within 30 minutes after you have finished training.
A full serving is a very large serving. But if you feel this is to much you can cut this down to half a serving. It just depends on what you want out of it.
How to prepare Mega Go Mass Pro XL Protein Gainer: Add 4 heaped scoops (200g) to 800-1000ml skimmed milk or cold water (best in two shakers) Or half a serving and shake for approximately 5-10 seconds or mix it in a blender until fully dissolved.
Sometimes you may find though when mixing is that the oat powder we use, you may experience very small oats in the blend as this is very hard to completely break down into a powder.
Once you have mixed it, consume there and then.
