About Emily’s Boutique
Emily’s Boutique has been operating since 2010 and prides itself on its 100% positive feedback. We are a small but experienced business and aim to give our customers a top quality service in terms of selecting items, packaging and postage. We always allow 2 days to get to the post office but the majority of items are posted the same day or the next day, particularly if a customer says they need something urgently.
Why are some listings ‘new without tags’
Many of our listings are ‘new without tags’. This just means that when we buy them from the wholesaler they are often overruns and the shop they were intended for doesn’t need that many. Sometimes it can be because a shop asked for them by a certain date and the manufacturer was late and the items are no longer wanted. Wholesalers buy up this stock at a cheaper price and then sell it on to small shops like Emily’s Boutique who buy in ‘small bulk’. The items are all most definitely brand new!
Postage
We use 2nd class ‘signed for’ postage as this ensures we have a record of posting and the customer is safe in the knowledge that they will sign for their goods. This method ensures both parties are protected.
Returns
To
qualify for a refund the item must be returned in the same perfect
condition in which it was sent to you. If there are tags they must
still be attached in the original condition. There should be no perfume
or cigarette smells or deodorant marks on the garment. Should Emily's
Boutique be of the opinion that the garment is not in the original
condition in which it was despatched then a refund may not be given.
Please contact us first to let us know you would like to return an
item. Ebay recommend buyers use 'signed for' postage so you are covered
in terms of having posted the item. Buyers are responsible for postage
costs.
