This listing is for a 2-piece collectible pewter candle holder with green glass insert. It commemorates the millennium century 1999-2000 Happy New Year celebration. A votive candle would fit in this. It measures 2" across top, 2.5" across base and stands 3" tall. It is excellent condition with only a few chipped paint spots on glass insert.
