  • We want you to be happy with your purchase
  • Please check it is functioning correctly within 3 working days of receipt. Any transit damage or visible faults must be reported within this time frame for a replacement or refund
  • You can still return your item at your own cost (if you are simply unhappy with it) within the first 14 days of you receiving it. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging, with full box & its contents (e.g. phone, battery, charger & adaptors, handsfree, pc cable, leather case/pouch, user manuals, CD software, interior packing case, box, memory card etc) and in a resalable condition
  • All returns must be pre authorised. Please contact us via email or on the above contact no with the reason for your return. We will than email you a return address to send the item back to
  • All returns must be received to us within 14 days of us authorising a return for the item
  • Please note that if the returned goods are not in the same condition as they were sent out than a reduction in value will need to be applied to the returned item. We will deem this by looking at what the item can be resold at and inform you via email

    • A UK customer: you will be required to send the item back either by recorded delivery or special delivery depending on the value of the item. We will inform you of the return method to use when we email over the return address
    • An overseas customer: all returns must be accompanied by an appropriate courier with online tracking + to be signed & signature obtained on delivery
    • All customers are advised to keep safely the proof of payment for returning item(s) along with the confirmation note or slip provided by the relevant mail or courier service with tracking number on it, until we confirm the safe receipt of your return item(s)
  • The Customer will bear the cost of returning the item and we do not accept or cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items whilst in transit to us
  • We advise that you include a note with the ebay item number and buyer’s ebay user ID clearly sated on it, along with the return package
  • Soon after our ‘Returns Dept’ has received your returned item(s)' package, the necessary actions will be initiated to process your refund and this process could take up to five working days
  • Your refund will be made on the same mode of payment used to make the initial purchase
  • After 14 days of receipt of the item unless we specifically mention that we are offering a warranty from ourselves for the item being sold within the auction title or description.
